The movers were great, but did not get any training or guidance, no assistance from the company. They could not get 2 heavy dressers up the stairs due to potential lack of training or equipment (they did not know what equipment would work). The movers said that they would be met on site with a supervisor and training but got neither and were only told of the job a day in advance through Indeed. I would use the service again but only for ground level moving, not when stairs are involved. PS I did provide the movers with both straps and a dolly, but I would think that they would have suitable equipment that they are familiar with and that works for them.

They arrived on time and were super helpful! I think they may need a bit of practice in how to organize and stack things with the U-Haul but overall we were very satisfied.
