  • Two workers showed up late (Anthony Jones and partner) and did not handle my property with respect. My washing machine was damaged, two dressers were also damaged (one had footprints on top of it as well as scratches) and my toolbox was was damaged. They took a out a drawer, emptied the tools into another drawer because the first drawer was so damaged that it could not go back into the toolbox. When I contacted the company about these problems they denied everything. They did not reimburse me for damages, even though I paid for the extra insurance, and refused to at least accept responsibility. I even paid Anthony Jones for 2 hours directly to his cashapp, I was unaware that was against the rules but he insisted that it is not a problem.
