This was an excellent experience overall. The day after I booked, the dispatcher called me to confirm the booking time and location. They then reconfirmed the day before. I felt this was very professional. As far as the actual helpers, they were excellent. I believe their names were Dennis and Darnell. Very fast, efficient, and careful with my things. There were a few times when we had to redo the layout of the shipping pod, and they heard my wife and I out and got it done. We had concerns about fitting everything in, but they made it happen. I am very pleased, and I would highly recommend these two to anyone in the Sacramento area.

Dennis and Darnell were right on time and worked hard the whole time. They were professional and respectful of my belongings and my space. They also were good at maximizing storage space in the U-Haul truck. Would definitely recommend them.
