Scott provided exceptional customer service. He kept in close communication with me about the pick-up and drop-off process. He was very organized, professional, and accommodating when there were changes in delivery status of my U-boxes. His moving team was also fantastic. They moved our items into our new home efficiently and they were very professional. We will absolutely use Thomas Movers again in the future!
