  • So unprofessional. Just an awful experience. Called ahead of time to request time frame since I would be working all day & need to time my break around the pickup. They arrived 2 hours early, and the only notice I got was a very casual text less than 5 min notice. My account has 2 phone numbers - one for texts and one for calls. They conveniently 'lost' the one for calls and decided to call the one for texts - EIGHT TIMES. Zero patience or help, just kept demanding a code that they hadn't even sent yet. The code was finally sent when we were able to call them back. Ridiculous. Stop contracting with them, Uhaul, and just get your own trucks to make rural Ubox dropoffs!

    You demonstrated unprofessional behavior by rescheduling your Ubox pickup three separate times. Notably, we did not assist with moving your items, yet you have chosen to post a negative review despite minimal use of our services. It appears that the underlying issue stems from your unwillingness to make payment. Furthermore, the miscommunication that occurred was a result of your lack of understanding regarding how Ubox services function. Your issue is with Uhaul not us. Thank You.
