They were polite, but the service overall was very disappointing. The crew arrived two hours late, and I wasn’t informed about the delay until after my scheduled move time had already passed. They also did not complete the job. I was told their boss instructed them to leave before everything was unloaded, which forced me to finish unloading the rest of my belongings on my own. On top of that, items labeled as fragile were mishandled—glassware was broken, and I personally witnessed movers dropping boxes marked fragile. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services.

the guys that helped me were friendly, and courteous. I will be needing another truck packed soon, and will probably rehire Stoneway logistics again. overall for the money, it was well spent. they worked hard, and got done before the 3 hrs. thanks guys !
