The moving service itself was good, and I have no complaints about the movers or the quality of their work. They were helpful and completed the job efficiently. However, I was disappointed with the additional 1-hour charge for the stairs. I had already informed them at the time of booking that there were 2 flights of stairs, and I had paid for a 2-hour service. The actual work was completed in about 1 hour, but I was still charged for a total of 3 hours because of the stairs. The additional charge for the stairs was disclosed at the time of booking, so I understand that part. Since I had already paid for 2 hours and the entire job was completed in only 1 hour, I feel I should not have been charged for an additional hour just because there were two flights of stairs. Overall, I was satisfied with the service, but I feel the billing could have been handled more fairly.
