  • I booked this company for an 8 hour day and only used them for 4 hrs, however, I was charged 8 hrs. They were very good workers, but I should not have been charged for the full day! I also did not receive any communication from them, I had to contact them to be sure they would be coming?

  • They were a little late and didn't have the curtesy of letting me know. They rushed through the job even though they had plenty of time to complete the move. They were not careful with any of my things, even though I indicated what was fragile. They scratched the new floor in my apartment in their rush and lack of being careful. I have a picture, now I will probably have to pay to get it fixed! They even asked at the beginning if they could just hand me the boxes through the window instead of carrying them in like they didn't want to carry the things in. That made zero sense and wasn't even possible with the small windows. It's not like it was hard to get into the building, I was on the ground level, and there was only one small set of stairs to get in and to my apt.
