Truck was packed very poorly leading to nearly all of our furniture being extremely damaged and some barely salvageable. I purchased 24 moving blankets for the move and they used 1 blanket for the entire move. My couch brackets are destroyed (bent to 90 degree angle as it was stacked on top of our coffee table-which is also ruined) to my $3,000 couch. My desk, coffee table, and dining table have huge chips and scratches all over them due to being thrown on top of each other with no proper coordination. I had to personally go up to the truck and bungee cable my TV to the truck because they had the 70 inch tv between the two rails of my treadmill. They worked hard in the beginning but towards the end I had to plead with them to help me bring my last desk upstairs. Nobody likes their stuff being damaged and I’m sure if this was their own personal belongings they wouldn’t load their stuff up that way.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Management and workers were unprofessional. Left job unfinished. They didn't have the nerve to tell me they were leaving. They just left while I was inside storage unit helping. When I came out I noticed they where gone. I called management and they didn't answer my call. After calling three times I gave up. I'm 64 and I out work them by myself. The father should have stay home because he was useless.

The helper was very friendly, professional, and provided great service. I truly appreciate all of the help I received. However, I think there was a lack of communication at the end of the service. I did not realize that my card had been charged. When I asked the helper whether I needed to pay him directly or through the app, he told me that I could send payment through Zelle. Since I had cash available, I gave him cash at the end of the job. I did not give hthe job number or confirmation information until the helper came back a few minutes later asking for the confirmation number. That was when I realized my card had already been charged $105. My intention was to give a $50 tip in cash, not to make an additional payment. As a result, I believe I ended up paying twice for the service. Please review this situation and refund the amount that was charged to my card. Other than this issue, I am very thankful for the excellent service and the helper's professionalism and kindness. Thank
