They sat in their car for 15 minutes before calling me. They did I speak English and the app was of no help. They were not careful with my furniture therefore leaving mark s on my furniture and walls.

I would have appreciated better communication by an actual person other than just emails. The two guys showed up a little bit late due to traffic, but not an issue. They were both great. Especially working in this intolerable heat.
