    Communication was really difficult. They asked to come at 3. Then on the day of the unload they texted at 5 til 1pm they would be there at 1pm. I was still driving to town and it was very stressful trying to get in contact. They also kept trying to get me to pay an extra hour (which they did not work) but didn't want to request it through moving help. During the unload the movers argued with me about everything, tried to say my couch wouldn't fit, and ignored all my instructions on where stuff went. All in all it was a very bad experience, especially after two days of driving though multiple states.
