  • They do not provide insurance you are at your own risk of your property damage. Handing of the items should have been better. They created scratch to the property .

    Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify that the booking was made for a studio to one-bedroom move, but the actual job involved three rooms plus a basement. The booking also listed zero flights of stairs, while the move required three. These differences made the move more complex than expected. Communication was also a bit challenging, and our crew worked under close supervision, which made the process more difficult. Even so, we were happy to provide an additional hour of service at no extra charge. We truly appreciate your feedback and kindly ask that for future bookings, details are provided as accurately as possible to help us deliver the smoothest experience.
