• Anthony and Alex got called out to my move at last minute. Understandably arrived about an hour after scheduled start time and called to keep me informed of delays. Continued to ask questions as needed after i showed them what items were being moved, what special handling was needed, then got to work. They staged well and made adjustments as needed as we discussed what and how much remained to be loaded. Got everything but 10 boxes from a 4 bedroom house into 15' truck. One item being handled differently would have resulted in 5 stars in all categories. They weren't able to help or recommend what washer and dryer plug adapters to use so appliances are operational. Being trained in that would likely address that issue.

• I feel like there must be multiple sets of movers because some people seem to have great experiences and then we had one similar to another review on here. They showed up on time but seemed to be sleepwalking. They got the job done (eventually) and were careful and polite. However my spouse was loading 5 times as fast as these guys and he's a lot older than them. One of the guys sat in our bathroom for over half an hour and had to be told by the other to get out once my spouse complained. We ended up needing an extra hour, which I wouldn't mind paying for at all if they had been moving along, but as it was my spouse lifted the heavy stuff with one of them while the other did not do very much.
