  • Not necessarily the movers fault, but we ran into a few hiccups during my move. a. The container came almost two hours later than expected, and the communication about what was happening at the uhaul storage was not great. I had to call them twice to resolve the issues. b. I was not communicated that locks were not provided (which seems like it should be, especially given the price). I was able to purchase after the fact, but I could've prepare a lock ahead of time if I had known. c. I logistics of validating the steps were completed was really unorganized, I was asked to provide photo evidence twice but without knowing who to send to. And then the movers needed a payment code and it took me almost fifteen minutes to find it, which almost made me late for my flight.
