  • This company absolutely sucks, the first set of drivers thought the u haul company was the actual address in which I resided to pack into the truck? Even thought I gave the address they couldn't find it and it's two minute drive and they claimed poor signal reception. Seriously? So they just left no notice or anything from these idiots. So I'm waiting three hours before the next set of movers arrive, they broke two very precious heirloom items clearly marked fragile, then they took more fragile items and packed it on top of the truck bed. I basically had to rearrange the truck myself and tell them how to pack items, instructing them to pack fragile items on the bottom of the truck and not on top. I was going to leave a tip, thank god I didn't.

  • Disappointed that the mover’s had to leave at two hours. They told us they would come back. I rebooked them and they never showed up. They turned off their phone.
