  • I would absolutely use All star movers again! They were super professional in their commutation, easy to talk to and plan out what items were going. They were super polite over the phone and easy to work with when discussing unloading and loading. They were also much quicker than I anticipated! I'm definitely saving their contact information for when we need them again. I'm super happy with them and highly recommend them for anyone else needing movers.

  • It was car week in Monterey. There was terrible traffic everywhere. The movers were thirty minutes late. Because of the event there was no street parking anywhere. The timing was very bad.

Regrettably, despite our punctuality and facilitating a seamless and efficient move, we were awarded a three-star rating. This outcome is perplexing, considering that we were scheduled to move on an inconvenient day and encountered a car event. We should not be held accountable for the limited parking availability in the area where you reside.
