The two young men were nice, but not worth my investment. I asked them to load a king mattress. After 10 minutes, I checked on them. They had not figured out how to carry it. My son and I helped them get it out. They loaded the U-Haul truck only floor level, it was knee or waist high. Nothing had been put up. They used 20 blankets covering the couches and then put nothing on top of the blankets. In 2 hours, 2 young men had only loaded half of the truck waist high. I was very disappointed. When the company called to check on them I explained the situation. They said they were sorry. I asked if I could get help the next day unloading with different people. They said they would send their head movers. We booked it for 2 PM the next day. When they didn't show up, I texted 5 times over the next 1.5 hours and made numerous calls. They never responded. I was left to unload without help. I had to pay extra for an additional day on the trucks. Never again.
