  • Send young kids that couldn't lift. Husband and brother in law had to help unload and we still had to extend the time for two more hours.

    Hi Jesse & Ginger, you had a 20-foot truck load and unload with 2 flights at the first location and 3 flights at the second location. Also, your items included a california king mattress (super heavy and extremely floppy), a 300 pound coffee table, and 3 seat (one piece) electric couch. In our initial phone conversation we told you that you should hire more than 2 people and hire us for more than 2 hours because it will take longer. One mover was 30 years old with 8 years of experience other is 28 years old with 5 years of experience. We did not damage (not even a scratch) any of your belongings or walls. When we were done you thanked us and tipped us $50 each. We are very confused as to what the problem is now. Job was completed 2 weeks ago and nobody contacted us with any problems after the move.
