  • Communication was excellent and they were very flexible. Two young guys showed up. One was efficient and did a great job. The other was frequently on his phone and waiting for the other guy to come help. They got it all done in a timely manner but I felt bad that the one guy did majority of the work.

    HI Jenn, thanks for your business and taking the time to leave us a review. But during our initial phone conversation we asked if you had a gun safe or piano. You said no. But you had a piano on your 26' truck. We require a piano fee to move your piano. The two guys were in their 30s and were on their phones calling us to ask why they were not told there is a piano on the truck and no piano added to the order. Sorry you got upset that we would not move the piano for free. Thanks and have a nice day!
