  • We had a small move with 2 pieces of bulky furniture. The two movers (I'm so sorry I can't recall their names) were early to our appointment time but not impatient at our arrival time. They moved the bulky furniture, even grabbing a few boxes that were left over and traveling to the same storage area for us. They loaded and unloaded with speed, efficiency and great care.   • They were on time and careful with loading and unloading things. They asked some questions to make sure I approve for an action. They were patient on communication. There were some issues. One helper was lying down my mattress. They couldn't carry a mattress with a clear mattress bag. I just did my research that it needs to be taped so it doesn't slip. I can smell the vape odor on their body. I got a little bit sick after smelling it. There are few other things that a helper went ahead without asking. Overall, the quality and efficiency were okay.
