  • Hired A1 Moving and the crew was young and a little inexperienced, you could tell they were still figuring some things out. That said, they got the job done and only left a few minor dings. Solid enough overall.

    Hi Matthew, one of the guys on your crew is almost 30 with over 5 years of experience. Nothing was damaged when we were loading your 26 foot uhaul that you drove across the country. We did suggest and try to load your truck building tiers wall to wall, which is the professional way, instead of front to back like you insisted, demanded. Perhaps that made the load more unstable, which could cause some shifting and minor damage during the commute. You did order safe load insurance, so if there are some dings they would possibly be covered under the insurance. But we have not gotten any direct feedback from you, so we do not know.
