  Finally showed up 4 hours late! Hired 2 men for 3 hours. Only 1 showed up with promises the other guy was on his way. Told me that they were finishing up on another job but that was not true. The guy that did show up said this was his first job that day. So all the we’re finishing up on a job was all made up stories! This made my move a huge disaster. And now to top it off they will not refund my money for the services that I paid for upfront!! I had already picked up the u-haul so where was I supposed to get movers for that day? The reason I hired movers was because I couldn’t do the move myself. And then I had to help the one guy that did show up because there were a few items that 1 person could not have moved by himself. This was very disappointing & really put me in a bad position! I’m not asking for something that I am not entitled to!

  The movers were fantastic! They were strong, professional, and quick — carrying multiple boxes at once and fitting every item into our 26' truck. They even got up on a stepladder to pack boxes high and made sure all of our appliances were safely loaded too. What really stood out was their dedication — they stayed a few hours longer than expected without complaint, just to make sure the job was done right. They never rushed, were super friendly, and even handled the chaos of kids screaming and the dog barking with patience and good humor. My little son tried to help, and they were kind to him too. The only small suggestion I’d give would be to do a quick walkthrough with all of the homeowners at the start — just to clarify what’s being moved, donated, or left behind. But even without that, they were careful to check in and make sure we were happy. They didn’t even want to take a break, but I made them have water and a snack! Hardworking, kind, & reliable — I’d definitely recommend!
