Agreed to meet at 1pm at the loading address and since they were running late I had to load everything to the truck, they arrived at 3pm at the unloading address. Once they were moving the furniture they asked me for an additional charge of 100 USD and I had to pay them cash to finish the move They also charged me another 10 USD for a utility dolly

We had a great experience moving with Tony and American moving services. He and Victor moved our 3 bedroom stuff without breaking, scratching or damaging anything. Handled our belongings with care. The work took longer but was done professionally. I highly recommend Tony for any and all moving services.
