I highly recommend using this company. Juan was very communicative from the time I submitted my appointment up until their arrival. They were very kind and helpful, despite the miserable 3 sets of stairs. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
From the start, the movers offered to disconnect washer and dryer, but didn’t shut off the main water beforehand, so the garage flooded, which set the move back about 30 minutes. Large furniture ended up being brought down and put in truck midway through rather than at the start, therefore it was a challenge to fit everything in. I had to make suggestions for fitting items in, and securing items, as this didn’t seem to be something that was being considered by the movers when finalizing the truck packing. The men were friendly and kind, and they did seem to protect the furniture which I was appreciative of. However, because of the slow movement and loading, and the issue with the washer flooding, I had to pay for extra time since the movers couldn’t complete the task in the time that was recommended to me. Overall, I unfortunately will not be working with this company again in the future.
