  • Felix was very professional and did an excellent job. However, his helpers were at times just standing around not doing anything at times, playing on my exercise equipment, etc. Ultimately, they did not fully load all items within 4hrs due to the lagging performance of the helpers. When I noticed the helpers standing around and playing around, I confronted Felix about it to which he responded that he did not know his helpers were behaving that way. With Felix being the owner and onsite supervisor, I would strongly encourage him to take a more proactive approach to supervising his employees.
