1st off, they were about 1 hour and 20 minutes late for a 3pm appointment. They complained that a student desk was too heavy and they would have wanted more money to move it to the 2nd floor had they known about it in advance (the desk was moved from a 2nd floor in Houston with no comments)....which I said no to and did not pay. In moving the desk and bedroom furniture on the second floor, they started off by pushing the items along the floor....scratching the wood floor. I had to tell them to stop and carry or dolly the items. They finished the work in under 1 hour.....working all the time, never stopping. For that I was pleased. And yes, they were tipped upon completion.

These guys bailed me out after another mover stood me up less than 24 hours out. The company was super busy but managed to get two excellent crewmen out to me, adjusted to my delays...finished the unload late at night. Great service!
