Unfortunately this was a very difficult move location and there was a disconnect in the communication with the property management for prep. However the Lastenia crew handled it all in stride and adapted to the situation. Went above and beyond to get my belongings moved safely. Very professional and time management was perfect. For my first time moving to TX, would recommend them any time!
