• They did get my things up a very steep flight of stairs. I thought I gave Chris the proper information about the amount of things that needed to be moved along with the very heavy items. My sofa was ripped on the edge. One of my bookcases, although they are cheap, the back was torn off. And although I did not give precise instructions because I was running errands, there was no order to the way my things were brought up and placed in the rooms. If you see kitchen, stack in kitchen, if you see living room, stack in living room. I had to tell one young man to clear a space because I could not get to my items. They didn't tell me they left my bike in the garage, I was looking for it. I do appreciate their help because I could not have did it without them but I think it could have been better. I did tip all 3 of them and I bought drinks. They did what needed to be done.
