Somehow had a double order generated and canceled one - however, the provider used the payment code to secure payment for a job not performed - I was giving the payment code, and the worker (unknowingly to me) - took a photo of my phone to get the second code to use to get the second job - UHAUL was zero help in any refund and the provider stated they would refund but after 10 days - NOTHING - had to do a chargeback. I am pretty upset that after a smooth move, a shady worker takes a photo of my phone (without my knowledge) and then uses that code too to steal the money for a job they did not do - AND after telling them that I had canceled the job, as it was a duplicate. Because of this experience I am wary of using UHAUL services, as they were no help (even with the unwarranted ) acts done during my move - how can this be a good experience? and how can UHAUL not help? How can a company stand by any employee doing this? Chargeback and filed complaints with BBB and others.
