The driver that is delivering belongings from Chicago to San Antonio updated the trip to complete the delivery earlier so the unload service was requested to change from evening to morning on Saturday-May 10th. Contact was made with Let's Go early Friday-5/2/2025 6:38am via text message. They advised they were in a meeting around 7:15am, but would call back within 30min. No contact was made since. When the unloading service was selected to edit, the red message stated no availability so the only option at this point was to cancel job request.
