The guy didn't respond in a timely fashion when the reservations were made , the movers didn't listen to me when I asked them not to load certain things in the truck, they stopped working 30 minutes before my time was up and when I asked if I could be comped some time, the guy didn't even respond to me. The worst moving company I've ever dealt with.
