• I had a highly disappointing experience with Pakman Moving due to unfair billing practices and property damage.First, they overcharged me by more than an hour. The actual move took between 4 hours and 45 minutes to 50 minutes, but I was billed for a full 6 hours. The final rate applied did not match what I was originally quoted.Or maybe I didn’t get how I would be charged. Second, they damaged my appliances due to wrong equipment. I explicitly told them in advance that a washer and dryer needed to be moved. I expected them to use proper moving straps to secure the heavy appliances, but they used a standard dolly instead. As a result, my dryer is now dented.

• The kids were nice and respectful but for the price I paid I expected movers with more experience, initiative, and hustle. It seemed very disorganized and poorly secured but the job did get done and they did stay beyond the necessary alotted time to maximize the amount of space used. Next time I could pay half the price to some local college kids and probably get the same result.

• Ray and Ramon were very courteous and professional. Did not damage anything. Followed direction well and communicated. Highly recommend.
