We had trouble getting the couch through the front door so they left it in the hallway because they had to get to the next job.

The couch was placed in the hallway at your direction. Our service scope encompasses loading and unloading assistance. We are committed to providing this service without applying force or causing damage. Please note that your service request was for a two-hour duration. When the two hours is up we complete our service.
