  We were satisfied with the actual work performed, however the next night realized one of the workers rummaged through my packed belongings and stole a phone in box. The owner tried to ask them if they took it, of course the guilty individual doesn't want to fess up. My cell carrier confirmed the device was powered on and used just about 2 hours after they left my home. This was a memory phone, not an active phone. My last connection to a sibling....and I'll never get it back. ;( I was glad the owner tried to help but with no resolution to be provided, we're requesting a full refund on the services performed due to the grief and extensive violation of privacy. We just hope it can be done in a timely manner.

  I can't say enough good things about the guys who showed up to help us. Not only were they on time (actually a little early), they came ready to work. They wasted no time at all in getting everything out. Very professional and incredibly helpful. We couldn't have done it without them. I would highly recommend them for any job you need! If we ever come back to the Jacksonville area, they will be our first call. Thank you!
