• Giving two stars just because I know it wasn’t the actual movers fault, the company did not communicate with them that beds needed to be broken down so they came with no tools. One of the helpers mostly stood around the whole time and we only paid for a two hour move. My boyfriend did most of the work and directing of the job. It was a LOT and we needed MORE. Will not use this company again.

• Unloaders (5stars) – Two loaders were able to complete the job, but were not fully prepared for job as manager did not communicate and they did not have proper equipment. Owner or Mgr (1star) – While he immediately reached out upon booking to request info. on items to be moved, minimal interaction occurred throughout the process. The info. provided was not passed along to the crew. Multiple times the crew reached out for assistance and equipment and received no response. Pakman is not able to move safes would not recommend for any large or heavy item. The crew’s personal equip. broke during the move. The crew was able to move the safe with the help of 3 non-movers with borrowed equip. and nearly 1hr of time, while damaging a brand-new house (walls, floors, doors, door frames) and marks on the safe itself.
