  • Absolutely unacceptable. Hire someone else. I hired this company to help with a move, and what I got was negligence, unprofessionalism, and damage that cost me hundreds. During the move, they dropped my Peloton treadmill on my hardwood staircase..from several feet up, leaving a deep gouge in the wood and visible scuffs on the treadmill. My staircase is dark hardwood, and the damage is both obvious and expensive. Instead of taking accountability, they had the nerve to take a video proving the treadmill still turns on, as if that excuses their carelessness. To make matters worse, they left the property for over an hour during the time I was paying for their service. I submitted a claim with photo evidence, and I’m still waiting for a proper resolution. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. If this platform allowed photos, I would attach. Yelp might. If you care about your home, your belongings, do yourself a favor and find someone else. You’ve been warned.

You are a scammer Trying to submit damage 27 days passed your incident date As mentioned in our previous conversations I will see you in court Where I will provide the all proof of videos we took during the move how the item was packed in the truck the process of emptying the truck that day video proof after you assembled it back together text message and time stamp proof of completing your services Bank statement proof of the gas station we went to while we waited for you to disassemble Time stamp and text proof showing we stayed 36 minutes passed your booked time unpaid considering you are stating us waiting on you was waisting paid time Copies of the uhual policy regarding your payment code agreement copies of your resolution case with date and time stamps Photo copies of your carpeted stair case and 1 wooden step And a gun safe service that was unpaid
