  • Moving guys were extremely nice and polite. That being said, All Secure Movers were not the most communicative leading up to the move. I had to initiate confirmation and all correspondences. Asked for bed assembly in the initial touch point and this came as a surprise to movers. Boxes were clearly labeled with direction of box and this was often disregarded.

  • Unfortunately, I am extremely dissatisfied with this company and the quality of the service provided. I chose this company because they advertise themselves as veteran-owned, and I had hoped that would mean they would provide excellent service during a military move. However, the people who helped move my items into my moving truck damaged multiple furniture items while moving them from my apartment, did not care to use protective materials I had available, did not know how to use furniture moving equipment, and damaged more furniture items due to the way they packed items into the truck. I tried to contact the company about this twice, but they have not replied to me. I also purchased Safeload insurance before the move and do not recommend it because they did not believe any of my photographic proof and other evidence because of the apparent agreement they have with Safeload partners. I will not be using U-Haul for these services anymore and do not recommend these services to anyone.
