  The communication started about 2 weeks prior to the move and made sure the arrival time was correct twice. The movers were in contact the day of and showed up 3 hours late. They did specify why they were late and something happened out of their control. When they arrived they did not listen to instruction and wanted to load everything asap and get done on a Friday night. We had multiple items broken, house was banged up from moving things. One of the workers just left about 30 minutes prior to finish, even though they left an hour early! They were chomping at the bit to leave and tried to make us feel bad they stayed late, even though they made it very clear we would be getting all of our time that was booked. We had babysitting all set up and that backfired due to the 3 hours late. I would not recommend. They did load our things, but the truck was not packed well and my wife found a large 2 foot gap floor to ceiling to be filled in, otherwise stuff would have fell over even worse.

  The two man crew was inexperienced in moving furniture down stairs and efficiently packing the storage container. Instead of taking drawers out of dresser they took packing tape and taped drawers closed, then it sat in a heated container and melted and ruined the finish on two nice pieces of furniture. Then when the container arrived, the stacking of items in back left a hole in the side of an armoire. When I needed to tell them something I had to speak into their cell for Google translate which was okay but slowed us down. The inefficiency of moving and packing was a major problem! To add insult to the injury of my furniture-I tipped in cash!

  Awesome work! Incredible teamwork, packed my unit when I didn't think everything would fit. Wouldnt hesitate to hire them again.
