• Tim dispatched Ariel and Abdi to move me from my studio on the third floor to a one bedroom a few miles down the road. I am grateful for their kindness, professionalism, jokes & local restaurant recommendations! They packed the U-Haul like pros, I honestly didn’t know if it would all fit in there, but they knew what they were doing & they made it work! As a single woman, it can be uncomfortable letting movers into your home, but I will definitely use Ariel and Adbi again for any moving needs, they really knocked it out of the park. Thanks guys!

• Stay away from this company! I had to contact them before they contacted me. When I spoke to them, they gave me incorrect information. On the day of the move, the movers they sent could not find the location even when provided directions from Google and Apple Maps. When the movers finally showed up late, they were unprofessional, tattooed ex-cons. The movers were slow and tired after half an hour, and did not pack things with care or with proper weight distribution. I ended up moving half of my things into the uhaul myself, and repeatedly had to instruct them how to pack items. The movers told me they did not know who they worked for and informed me they work for a dispatcher. I doubt they were fully-vetted employees and they had likely not gone through a proper background check. I would not have left women or children alone around these men.

• Tim dispatched his guys right away. Jonathan and Robert were great, they were polite, thorough and efficient with their time. Same day service was prompt and worth every penny.
