Having used All Secure Movers before, we perhaps expected a bit more in terms of the load planning and the professionalism of all the team members. We were instead directed to make our own plan for how the truck should be loaded, and there was one team member who had a language barrier (which inhibited correction) who could not stop themselves from hitting overhead exit signs or fire sprinkler pipes when performing their tasks. The entire team were nice people I was happy to work with, but I just had higher expectations.
