• Incredibly disappointed. I picked this company bc they had good reviews when I looked and I’m not sure if it was different workers, but they did not meet expectations. For background, I have done multiple long haul moves (1000+ mi) & in town moves. The guy I was in contact with was great, but the 2 movers that did the packing instantly made me nervous. There was a language barrier that prevented them from effectively following instructions given by me, they attempted to store my TV upside down, used tape instead of plastic wrap to close drawers and doors on furniture (after asking to not use tape and causing damage to at least 1 piece), did not wrap all the pieces of my furniture even after I asked them to (I've already seen damage from that as well), and created numerous scratches and streaks along my walls from their dollies and waiting to break down furniture after they brought it down the stairs. They did not appear to be experienced or moving professionals. I would not recommend.
