We provide loading or unloading of your house hold items from your truck.Some furniture items and larger appliances may need to be disassembled first before getting packed for easier and safer transportation.we bring all tools needed to dissemble any furniture..we also provide complimentary shrink wrap to ensure your belongings get to there destination safely and securely.

Team could have discussed how to effectively use the attic space in the truck. It was not made use of i guess as a result 30 percent of our items did not made it through this move. I had to do it myself. Also the professionals were quite exhausted already by the time they reach to service me and there was a bit of lag in the move however i have paid them for 35 mins extra. It was a 2 hour job. Took 2 hr 25 mins. The 15 mins was for the drive between source and destination and 10 mins of lag resulted in 3 rd hour charge. I was not happy but it was okay.

Unfortunately this issue is common..it seems Mr. Patan accidently rented a truck that was too small for all of his belongings which is why everything didn't fit..I explained this to Mr. Patan and asked which items where more important and those items got loaded..Mr. Patan prepaid for 3 hours of work..it took 2 hours and 50 minutes to load Mr. Patan's belongings..I tried to explain to Mr. Patan that drive time is included.. since we finished 10 minutes early Mr. Patan wanted a reinvestment..I tried explaining to Mr. Patan our rates are pro rated which is why we do not do reinvestments..I would also like to add we showed up for Mr. Patan after his original movers failed to show up..Mr. Patan also forgot to purchase rope to tie down his belongings for a safe trip which I provided for him free of charge..And as always we ask customers if there is anything else we can do for them before leaving and ask if they are satisfied..Mr. Patan said nothing else is needed and was satisfied.
