  • I have used this team on two prior occasions and they were great. Always prompt to respond and very helpful. This move was very different. The team spent a lot of time arguing about how to load the truck. Prior to moving a mattress I explained it was extremely heavy and they insisted two people could move it, resulting in severe damage. Upon unloading I noticed the washing machine cabined was crushed. The mover called the boss and notified him. I’ve tried multiple ways to contact the boss and file a claim for my mattress and washing machine but no response. Avoid these movers.
