Hello I apologize that you did not have a five star experience for this move. You were compensated although only same day service to load items was requested. Our packing services were not purchased and in this case you covered the mirror with only a regular blanket. Fragile and important items must be secured properly. You can purchase items like foam wrap, etc. in the future, I highly recommend fully securing items that are fragile, expensive and important to you as best as possible.
