• I hired this company to help move an king size bedroom set and, while the workers showed up and completed the job, the experience was disappointing. A bed was damaged during the move, resulting in over $1,000 in repair costs. While I understand some items can be heavy and difficult to move, customers should be able to expect reasonable care when handling their belongings. The worker later acknowledged the item was extremely heavy and that they were tired at the end of the day, but that does not change the fact that the extensive damage occurred and could have been avoided with better handling and proper assistance. I chose not to pursue a refund of the labor charges that was offered through U-Haul because I believe honest feedback is more important. My recommendation is that this company ensure they have adequate help and take greater care with customers’ property. Hard-working individuals, but the lack of care and resulting damage make it difficult for me to recommend their services.

  Glad its over Upon arrival tempers flaring between landlord and tenant, consoling, hugging, crying emotional scene looked to be eviction or lifestyle move. It's June 5(last day to be out) close to 7pm was told original company was no call no show and asked can we help with oversized furniture. I asked for description and immediately suggested that the customer go up to two pair of movers and maybe it was the reason last movers declined Landlord wanted tenant out & made me helper remove our shoes to extract items close to 400lbs in socks on wooden floors in very confined space.. Our first and only support we have as movers is our traction. It was taken away and was at disadvantage before even started. Me and guy sustained serious injuries from oversized furniture in confined space but I hope the customer furniture is okay. It was a nasty move from start to end with landlord escorting tenant out suggesting employment opportunities out loud. Prayers up God Bless

• They were truly day savers as another company flaked leaving me kind of stranded. Even though a last minute call, they came through and did an amazing job. Very careful and professional and great at Tetris-ing all of our things into the truck! Thank you guys so much!!
