DO NOT EVER BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE. Wasted the two hours moving. Disposed of my couch in the hallway, not outside. The rep argued with me and then told me that they knew that I needed more time cs they knew I wouldn’t pay after I said they moved with ZERO sense of urgency, moving 4 items and 3 boxes. Nothing was communicated to me. And because they were cheaper than everyone, that whatever they do within 2 hours is worth the job. They called me down to make me come get my keys, plus the cart I offered to them to help move the boxes, 2 men, that they left OUT and nowhere near the truck. The rep then told me ‘it was a new year’ and so ‘she didn’t want to argue with me’ Scammers! I guess my money isn’t good enough. They texted me after the call with an unknown number to ensure services had been rendered. But tell me, if moving 4 items & 3 boxes with a provided card in 2 hours is all they can do, why even pay them when you have people that will do it for the same amount & better
