Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
They were awesome. They called to say they were available early and wanted to know if they could arrive sooner than earlier stated. Very efficient in unloading the truck even though the outdoor temperature exceeded 100 degrees. It was pointed out that the truck was improperly loaded causing scratches on the wood on many dining chairs. I would hire these gentlemen again.
They were nice guys and worked hard, but I wish they had paid more attention to the items clearly marked fragile among my stuff. I also paid over 20 percent of my order total in tip and one of the guys told my girlfriend he was unhappy with the tip amount!
