  These movers tried to leave without packing my stuff and made me zelle them extra money to finish the job. I had to move my stuff by myself because they were going to leave. I caught them throwing my furniture and belongings into my pod over their head and onto the ground. They threw all of my glass, mirrors and tvs into the pod under furniture just in a pile. I got notified the next day that they left my apartment elevator full of my stuff after they knew I was flying out of state that morning. They left half of my furniture without my knowledge and won’t respond. My dad’s ashes and his belongings were left behind without me knowing and they won’t respond to go get the rest of my items and put them in my pod and I am across the country. They scammed me and got their pay code and paid themselves days before they did the job. Do not book them, I am now out of thousands of dollars and have to take legal action, they are cheap for a reason.

  I did not know the vehicle properly. I had a lot of odd sized items and they did not plan so they had to take several things out and put them back in. And gave them a recommendation, but they did not To do what I suggested. Minutes late arriving, but asked to be paid after two hours and 45 minutes when I have paid for three hours and they were not completely done. When I asked them to finish, they made some rude comments to me..
