The day before my move someone from the company called me and said that one mover had an appointment and couldn’t come until 2pm the day of my move and asked if that would be okay. I said NO, that i only have the truck in the morning it has to be 10am. 10am rolls around and one mover arrived, no call, no follow up from the company. When i called them they said they’d return my call. No call back I call again asking if they are going to send someone. They said no but they’d refund me half of what i paid. I agreed, but I had to move all of my things with one person It was a very long, hard day. I’m out $212 plus a tip for the one mover who did show up. I could have done it myself with a friend for free, and it feels like i did.
