Moving across the country was something that made me anxious from the jump, but Abel was affirming and kind throughout my navigation with my ubox. I changed my delivery date a couple of times and he was very understanding, acknowledging that moving can be a stressful process. Abel was very communicative and made me feel comfortable. They ended up delivering one day before my scheduled date because they were available and they are clearly hard workers, working on the 4th of July! Abel and Luis were completely efficient and kind when it came to unloading the box and moving everything to the 4th floor. I am very satisfied!
